Excalibur Hotel & Casino

We had a great stay at Excalibur and really enjoyed the spacious room. We would particularly like to mention a few members of staff. Michael Wiley was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us. We wanted to book a helicopter but needed a local number and he helped us. We went back to him, sometimes just to check in and he always had a massive smile and was so helpful. DB and the manager of the bell desk were amazing. I was very stressed as we were getting late for our flight but he kept calm and was so helpful. Margie was also amazing at assisting us. Thanks for the great stay

The hotel is barely fine. Rooms are starting to show their age. It's well located ask you need to do is cross the street to get to NY NY for great restaurants or the other corner to MGM for great shows. If you need a decent price for a room to sleep at the end of a long journey this is a good option. If you want fancy stuff or tons of experiences and don't mind leaving your hotel then look somewhere else. Maybe if they remodeled everything and changed to a Game of Thrones theme instead of the current Playmobil medieval set it could be interesting for a certain crowd. Wink wink.

Booked through chase travel. Checked in with mgm app, marked in the app that I didn't want room cleaning during my stay (with the option to call if I wanted to request service at any time). I used my phone for my room key, parking places and elevator access so I never spoke with any staff my entire visit. Room was clean. I felt comfortable. They had us on the 7th floor, it was a decently nice spot of the hotel. We had a small view of the castle tops and courtyard of the hotel. The casino was pleasant, we enjoyed the bars during our stay. The location was perfect, we were central to Luxor and new York new York both having sky bridge access. The tram was a nice surprise, allowing us to travel quickly between several casinos. The entire trip was a blast. I would go again. I would recommend, even to family with kids. This hotel was tame and family friendly with arcades and shows and plenty to do for the whole family of all ages.

We had an easy check in. If we asked for help or directions everyone was happy to assist. Walking into our room we were happy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found good spots to eat. And the stores we wanted to visit and the concert we went to see was walking distance. Not much of a gambler so can't comment on the casino. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The castle-themed property has unbelievable character and sets the tone for fun the moment you walk in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night after a long day on the Strip. I also loved the convenience of having so many dining options right on site — from quick bites to sit-down meals, it all hit the spot. The casino floor was lively and offered a great variety of games without feeling overwhelmingly crowded. I appreciated the energy and easy access to both slots and table games. Location can’t be beat — right on the Strip and close to other resorts, shows, and attractions. Whether you’re here for nightlife, gambling, or just exploring Vegas, Excalibur is a solid choice with great value. Would definitely stay again!

This place was descent enough. When you go to Vegas you are not staying in a room all day. The room was OK. Several things of note the fixtures in bathroom were rusty looking, the panel on A/C would not stay on and it was quite nosy when running. We ate at the buffet and it was pretty good. The price was WAY too much. I did not get any alcohol drinks due to price being $18 for a small plastic cup. The Casino is good, has many games we liked. The location is not too bad because you have tram to Mandalay Bay and across the street walk over to Aria for Tram to Bellagio. Both are free. If you have a promotion with resort points make sure you go guest services BEFORE you leave. They did not apply mine when it said they would and have to get them to give back credits they charged me. UGH will not make that mistake again. We had a great time other than that. I just wish Vegas would stop charging us so much to visit. We would go more if this was not the case.

The Tournament of Kings! Very cool show! We had never been and we all loved it. The show is very fun, they are about a 50 person cast, the girls and their outfits are very beautiful. The guys are all super fit and skillful, the food was good. Great value for the price. Great family fun with adventure, magic, fights, dancing, fun audience participation. Just great!

Overall my experience was great. It started with the front desk people Luchie, Emy, Margie, and another. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable. They greeted me by name and welcomed me to the MGM property with a welcome bag. They had some good dining options as I tried several restaurants like Buca di Beppo, Johnny Rockets, Fatburger and the buffet. I recommend them to eat at as these places really hit the spot. The rooms were nicer than I expected.
